Forever Friends Christening Card

Hello everyone, happy Easter...

Here's my card share for today. My mum has asked me to make her a christening card so here goes...

The base card is 6x6 scalloped. I've had the backing paper for years, it came from create and craft as part of a kit. I also have a blue version. I've added a pink glitter card panel which I've cut with a scalloped edge and added a bow and ribbon, which actually has roses on but isn't very clear in the photo. I really must get my proper camera out but it's so easy just to use the iphone...I've added some lace behind the image. The image is from Forever Friend's New Arrivals stamp set. I just adore Forever Friends. I've used my promarkers and edged with spun sugar distress ink. I printed out the sentiment using Word and cut it with a spellbinder die. I found a pink flower, made of textured material, in my stash and added a pink pearl to the centre.
I would like to enter this in the following challenges :-
Bizzy Bec - Texture
One stop craft challenge - Pastel & die cuts
Divas by design - Anything goes

Thank you for visiting...I hope you like what you see and will tell your friends. I love it when you leave me a message, your words of encouragement mean a lot to me....See you again soon.

Happy crafting
Helen xx
