Dexter with ice cream

Hi everyone, I'm here to share a Christmas card I've just made for Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas challenge - a touch of the blues.

I've used a Pollycraft image of a little penguin called Dexter, which I've coloured using promarkers and added pink and lemon glitter to the icecream, glamour dust to Dexter and his hat and coloured the snowflake on the ice cream with a sakura glitter pen.

The backing papers are from my stash but I'm not sure exactly what they are. I've cut them using Spellbinders labels three and inked the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink. I've also added some sticky ribbon and a snowflake attached with a brad. The card blank is a small 4x4, by Anita, but it was just right for this card.

I would also like to enter this for Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge - anything goes plus ribbon

I hope you like him, I think he's quite cute. Thanks for visiting. I hope to see you again soon.

Happy crafting
Helen xx
