100th Birthday

Hi everyone....hope you're enjoying the sunshine.

Here is the card I've made for my late first husband's Nan who will be 100 on Saturday. I can safely say I've never faffed so much, making flowers and playing with the layout but I hope you'll agree that it was worth it. I'm really proud of this one.

Flowers have been quilled using xcut quilling dies and added a black card candy to the centre. Butterflies have been die cut using a Marianne design Creatables die and I've added gems to the body.

I've used different shades of purple in the flowers, although they look blue in the photo for some reason.
I hope you like it and look forward to your comments. Please let me know you dropped by so that I can visit you too. I've only just started blogging and I'm finding it very addictive..... See you again soon.
