Use a doily
Here's my card...
I've used a Humphrey's Corner decoupage which came free with a recent magazine. The green backing paper was also part of the freebie and the red piece is from my Boofle Christmas papers. I added a gold die cut tree (Joy crafts die), some candi, a sentiment and a bow to match the red paper to finish off. I hope you like it.
