My daughter asked me to make a card for her friend's 18th birthday. It's for a boy and sometimes that can be a pain but then I saw her invitation to his party and it had Elmo from Sesame street on it. Cue cricut machine! Here is the finished card and a few closeups. Hope you like it.
I've based this on Sketch Saturday's sketch for week #197
Elmo is from the Sesame Street Seasons cricut cartridge. The small circle was cut using a spellbinders die and embossed with stars. Papers and ribbon are from my stash. I've also used silver card candy. The large circle was cut using a good old compass and a pair of pinking shears. The tag is metal edged and started off white, I coloured it with promarkers.
Thank you for reading my blog. Please leave me a message to let me know you called and then I can visit you too. Happy crafting.
