Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Aud Sentiments. This time we're challenging you to use the word 'Fall' in your sentiment. You can make it an autumn card or a play on the word itself. Here's my card...
I found the quote on the internet. The backing paper is from a 6x6 pack which doesn't appear to have a maker's label on it. I thought it was really pretty and didn't need much embellishment. I've made this for my niece and her husband on their first wedding anniversary.
I hope you'll pop over to our challenge and check out the fantastic cards which my team mates have made for your inspiration, and why not enter a card while you're there? You might be lucky enough to win a fab prize...we're being sponsored by Digital Delights
I would like to enter this for the following:-
The paper shelter - anything goes
Party Time Tuesdays - anything goes
Through the craft room door - anything goes
Thanks for stopping by, I hope to see you again soon xx

Happy Birthday Mum
Hi everyone, I'm back again to share the birthday card I've made for my Mum. She loves poppies so when I saw this in the House Mouse project book I knew I had to use this decoupage and matching backing paper from the cd...
I don't do much decoupage when it involves me cutting it out as I find it aggravates my fibromyalgia but I was determined to use this one. I've made it into an 8x8 card, matting the backing paper with black card. I've also matted the image and the sentiment with black card, and added lace to the sentiment...
I've coloured some white flowers using a Promarker (poppy) and layered them up, adding a black card candy to the centre and some fern type leaves (Martha Stewart branch punch). To finish I added a bow using ribbon from my stash...
I would like to enter this for the following:-
Fab n Funky - starts with F (flowers)
Shopping our stash - fur or feathers
Through the craft room door - anything goes
Make it Monday
Thanks for visiting, I hope to see you again soon.
Happy crafting

Hi everyone, it's time for a snoop around the desks again over at Julia's stamping ground.
Here's what's going on on my desk at the moment...
I'm working on a House Mouse birthday card for my mum cos she loves Poppies, so I know she'll love this mouse (from the Project book). I've also got some Cream Quackers decoupage out ready to make an anniversary card...
You can also see the image on which I was practising my fur technique at my recent copics class. I'll show you the finished card soon, when I've finished it!!
Yesterday I had a lovely trip out with my best buddy Sue...we accidently popped into a couple of craft shops...so I have new toys to play with...
I'm really looking forward to stamping those Boofle stamps, however, I've got a list of cards I need to get made in the next couple of weeks so they might have to wait a while...
My little helper came to see what I was doing, and yes she did bring her bonio...
Anyway, time to go see what everyone else has been up to. See you soon.

May the force be with you...
Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge over at Dutch Dare Card Challenges. This week's challenge is Snips and snails. We want to see cards for a boy this week. Here's my card...
We're being sponsored by the lovely Saturated Canary and this fab image is called Force Boy. I've coloured him using copics. The backing paper is a digital one from Bearly Mine (stoney), which I've torn and added distress ink to the edges (frayed burlap). The sentiment is computer generated and cut with a Spellbinder. The buttons are from my Boofle pack.
Thanks for looking, I hope you'll join us for this challenge.

Hi everyone, Wednesday again already?!! That means it's time for What's on your workdesk Wednesday. If you don't know what this is follow the link and have a look. Here's what's happening in my craft room at the moment...
I went to the Summer Crafting workshop at Doncaster Racecourse in July and one of the projects we made was a fancy wrap for soap, and a gift bag to put it in. I decided to have a go and make some for my Mum to have in her raffle (she runs a fund raising coffee morning for the village church). Only thing I never thought of was the fact that the soaps I bought have rounded edges and the one I used on the course had straight. I've made one to see how it looks...
The pink one is the original and the green one is the new one. Here is the pile of stuff I got out to use, including the sheets of glittered acetate, which smell horrible...
In this next picture is my box of flowers and fancy bits. I think I need to swap to a bigger box soon...
You can also see the pack of card and matching die cuts. All the card, acetate, ribbon etc that I've used on this came in my goody bag from the workshop. I also have a use for the bag it all came in. It's full of cards I've made which haven't been sent. Really need to find a way to sell some of these cos I'm running out of room to keep them...
If you look on the first picture I showed you there's a card I made for a good friend, I blogged it yesterday. Here is a proper look...
And for the last couple of weeks I've been hiding a project that I was working on for my friends' Silver Wedding Anniversary. Here is the finished project...
Lastly, it wouldn't be WOYWW if I didn't show my lovely Lisa. This morning I managed to get a piccie of her saying please...
Right, time to have a peek what everyone else has been up to. See you soon.

The older I get...
Hi everyone, I'm here to share a card I've made for a very good friend's 50th Birthday. I couldn't resist this image from Bugaboo...
I've coloured using Copics, don't you just love Gus. The backing paper is Boofle and has glitter on all the dots. The backing paper on the panel is from the Travellight (WeRMemory Keepers) paper pack which came free with a mag some time ago. I've added a couple of golf ball shaped buttons, which my hubby kindly trimmed the backs off for me. The charm is very appropriate, it's from a golf charm pack and says 'Seek and ye shall find'. Here are some close ups...
I've also decorated the inside to match, using the unglittered version of the Boofle paper...
I would like to enter this for the following:-
Saturday Challenge - Milestone birthdays
Here come the boys - recipe (3 papers, 2 buttons, 1 image)
Paper Crafting Journey - my sentiment exactly
Hooked on craft - cards for men
Cards for men - going digital
Make it Monday
Through the craft room door - anything goes

Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary
Hi everyone, it's finally time to share the project I've been working on for the last few weeks. It's a card for my bestest buddy (or should that be buddies??)...
The card is 8x8, the first I've made in this size. The image is LOTV, bought at the craft show at Doncaster Race course and it's coloured with Promarkers (I coloured it before I got my copics). I cut it out using a Spellbinder circle but leaving part of the image outside. This was then layered onto a scalloped circle of silver mirror board and lace was added to the back using extra sticky double sided tape. It's hard to see in this picture but the backing paper has faint silver roses on it. The fancy border on the mirror board was made using a Martha Stewart punch and the butterfly is Cheery Lynn. I've added a selection of flowers and pearls and glitter peeloffs from my stash. Here are some close ups...
I've also decorated the inside of the card to match...
I also decided to decorate a picture frame for them, to match the card. I've never done one of these before so I'm really pleased how it turned out...
Lastly I made a tag to attach to the gift bag containing the pressie (a gorgeous silver coloured Charlie Bear).
And here's everything together...
I would like to enter this for the following:-
Lili' Little Fairies - Embellishment Bingo (Pearls, lace glitter)
The Paper Shelter - Punch it
Tuesday Alchemy - Peace love and happiness
Bearly Mine - anything goes
Thanks for visiting me and for the lovely comments you leave, they mean a lot and encourage me to keep crafting and trying to improve. Hope to see you all again soon.

Happy 21st
Hi everyone, I'm here to share a card I've made for my nephew's birthday next weekend...
He loves minis and has recently been restoring one, so this Papermania Nostalgia Classic Car stamp was ideal. I thought it was better left uncoloured. The paper is from the Capsule collection, matted with black card. All die cuts are Spellbinders and I've added blue gems to the border. I coloured the peel offs using a black copic.
I would like to enter this for the following:-
2 Sisters - Black and white plus 1
Secret Crafter - Milestone Birthdays
Crafting When We Can - Birthdays with a 1 in
Thanks for visiting, I hope to see you again soon.

If the broom fits...
Hi everyone, it's time for another challenge over at Aud Sentiments. We're being sponsored by the fabulous Bugaboo and asking you to use a funny sentiment.
I chose this fab image as it's the family joke that my Mother in law is a witch and I knew she'd love this!
I made a 3D card, following a tutorial by the very talented Desire Fourie, you can find it here. The papers are freebies which I found at Activity Village. I spotted the witch's hat ribbon a few weeks ago at the local Boyes and had to get it, with the Mother in law in mind....hehe, she's not really a witch, she's lovely...
I found that the card kept toppling forwards, I can't have quite got the folds right, so I made a support to add to the back and adjusted the balance so it leant back a bit...there's plenty of room on the back to add any messages...
I've coloured the image using copics, after merging the image and the sentiment using Paintshop Pro. I cut it out using a Spellbinder die...
To finish off I cut out a spider using my Cricut and the Doodlecharm cartridge, adding googly eyes.
I hope you like this as much as my Mother in law does. Hope you'll join us for this challenge.
I would like to enter this for the following:-
One stop craft challenge - no floral embellishments
House of Gilli - more than one fold
My time to craft - more than one fold
Party time Tuesdays - multifold cards
Robyn's Fetish - more than one fold
Make it Monday
Thanks for visiting. Hope to see you again soon

Ruby's Rainbow BINGO...
Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge over at Ruby's Rainbow. This fortnight we're playing Bingo. Choose a line from the following...
I chose pearls, flowers and ribbon. Here is my card...
I used a Pollycraft image which I coloured using Copics. The papers are from the Pink Parfait paper pack with flowers and ribbon from my stash. I love adding the wires with pearl beads now, you'll see them quite a lot on my cards. I've also added pearls around the image and at the corners, using my heat setter. I made this as an anniversary card for my brother and his wife (27 years). Hope you like it. Now let's see what you can do...I hope you'll pop over to the challenge and see what my talented team mates have made for your inspiration. You won't be disappointed....

Hi everyone, hope you're all well. It's Wednesday again and time to share my desk over at Julia's Stamping Ground.
I don't really have anything I can show you at the moment, everything's either a design team piece or a surprise for someone who might spot it....I don't seem to have done any crafting just for the fun of it for a while...must remedy that...
So, what can I show you? I thought I'd show you the pile of stuff that I've got free with magazines over the last couple of weeks and haven't used yet.
Here's a couple of close ups...
It's all Christmas stuff so expect to see some more Christmas cards in the next few days. The eagle eyed among you may also have spotted something else in the bottom right corner of the desk piccie...
It's my Joanna Sheen House Mouse project book. I've wanted something House Mouse for ages so this will keep me happy till Father Christmas comes. I've made one card using it so far. You can see it here.
The most important thing on my desk was this...I say was cos I've eaten it now!
Sliced banana with Mullerlight vanilla yoghurt and topped with 30g of All Bran Chocolate Crunch, with a good old cuppa. I'm a target member with Slimming World and this is one of my favourite breakfasts at the moment. I also had a visit from my little friend, Lisa. She's still missing my daughter Rachel, who's just gone back to uni. She keeps looking for her.
Well, thanks for visiting. Hopefully next week I'll have something more interesting to show you. I'm off to have a look what everyone else is up to. See you soon.
